I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff giving me a warm welcome. Without wait I was brought to my table to prepare for my meal. At first glance you will notice that there are four stations in the restaurant including the bar. The other three include where the chefs make the sushi and asian cuisine, a section where they make deserts, and near the back is where more of their southern comfort foods are made.

I ordered a bunch of food from the diverse menu including: honey glazed shrimp, debris fries, the combination udon, a side of mac n cheese, a catfish platter, and a ceasar salad.

As expected nothing disappointed and all the food was extremely good. The mac n cheese was so creamy and had an awesome cheese pull and the debris fries had that same cheesey goodness along with the rich savory taste of the roast and gravy on top. I thoroughly enjoyed the honey shrimp's flakey batter that melted on my tongue. The catfish was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and reminded me of home in New Orleans. And my all time favorite meal of the visit had to be the spicy combination udon.
